Here is an opportunity to buy a Center Pivot Irrigated Farm and enjoy hunting for Geese, Ducks, Deer and Elk!
There are 2 Center Pivot Irrigation Sprinklers. The pivots are 2001 Zimmatic full Center Pivots. The West Pivot is an 8 tower irrigating 151.41 acres +/- with 19,345 hrs., the East Pivot is a 7 Tower irrigating 114.89 acres +/- with 13,819 8 hrs.. The Pivots have 11.2 X 38 tires and drop nozzles.
Water is supplied by a good electric irrigation well and delivers water underground to both pivots. The motor is a 30 Hp Electric with a Roto Phase converter for 3 phase power. This is an excellent shallow irrigation well! Total Well Depth 60 Ft., Pump Depth 40 Ft., Static Water – 9 Ft. This has been very economical to operate. This will pay back in savings for years to come!
There is a good domestic well for stock water with a large bottomless tank south of the west pivot. The power line to the tank also comes relatively close to the Hunting Blind! There are also a smaller set of corrals!
The Hunting has been a proven location for many years. There is a steel 6-man steel blind near the southwest corner of the property. Larry, Friends and Tenants have had very good success over the years. They have had electricity to the blind. There is not currently open water, however, the water table is shallow. This is also a good location for Deer coming to feed from the River to the south. A bonus is also the Elk tracking from the areas to the south and to the north. There have been 2 Elk taken on this property.
