The Pivot has updated galvanized drive tubes, 38 in tires, Chemigation Valve, Auto Restart, newer drops with XI Wobs, The well was drilled in 1992 and the bowls were reconditioned in 2012. Well Information: The irrigation well is registered #G-075144 drilled in 1992. The well was registered at 800 gallons per minute with a pumping level of 130 to 140 ft. (currently).

Farm Ground Information: 128 acres +/- under pivot irrigation and approximately 8 acres planted to wheat in the southwest corner. The balance is in expired CRP Trees and roads.  The farm is currently carried as a tract with the adjoining farmland that is being retained. The Farm will carry approximately 76.9 acres Wheat Base and 37.7 acres Corn Base.
