Land Located: From Bayard, Nebr.: 4 miles north on Hwy. 26 to Jct. with L62A then 2 miles north on oil CR 75 to CR 118 then 1 mile west to the southeast corner. From Minatare, Nebr.: 2 miles north on Lake Minatare Rd. to CR M then 7.5 miles east to the southwest corner.  (North of 7190 Rd. 118, Bayard, Nebraska)

       This is a very productive sprinkler irrigated farm. Corn production this last year was 189 bu.! Primarily Alice and Mitchell sandy loam soils. A combination of good flat ground and some southern slope. Excellent access with only 1 or 2 miles to an oil road. This farm and its producer has achieved a 193 bu. approved corn yield for crop insurance.  Good hunting potential with wildlife management areas to the west and to the southeast.

      The farm has 130± Acres under a 2007 Zimmatic Center Pivot.  It is supplied by surface water into a collection pit and pumped to the pivot underground with a newer 30 Hp. Electric motor with pump. The pit allows overflow to irrigate an approximately 5 acre field in the southeast corner of the farm. The Sprinkler is equipped with “Field Net” (paid through August 2020), fertilizer injection, drops and nozzles, and is well maintained.
