Legal: A tract of land in the W1/2 of Section 3, Township 18 North, Range 55 West of the 6th P.M., Banner County, Nebraska, described as follows:  Beginning at the southwest corner of said Section; thence North on the west line of said West Half, for 5587.90 feet to the northwest corner of said Section; thence North 88° 21’18” East on the north line of said West Half, for 1596.80 feet; thence South 0°14’15” West, for 5617.94 feet to a point on the south line of said West Half, 1572.92 feet east of the southwest corner of said Section; thence South 89° 25’ 23” West on said south line, for 1572.92 feet to the Point of Beginning.
