TERMS: To be determined at auction February 25^th, 2003. The Land will sell at 10:00 AM ! The land will be sold for cash. A deposit of $7,500.00 will be required for Tract One and $2,500.00 for Tract Two and $10,00.00 for the Unit. This deposit will be made day of sale upon being the successful bidder and signing the Purchase agreement. The balance will be due on or before March 25, 2003 when possession will be given. All financial arrangements must be made prior to the auction as the land is not sold subject to the Buyer obtaining a loan. The land will be sold with a Warranty Deed free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.
