Tract One: From SIDNEY, NEBRASKA at the south side of I-80 on Hwy. 19, 2 1/2 Miles south on CR 113 and 1/2 mile east on CR 12 (to the northwest corner).

Tract Two is one mile south of Peetz, Colorado then 7 miles east and 1 mile north (to the southwest corner) Or: From Jct. Of Hwy. 19 and CR 113 at Sidney, 4 1/2 miles south on Oil to Dead End, then 1/2 west and 5 south.
