This is a good Sandhills grazing parcel with very good access. There are two windmills, one in the middle and one on the west side. The west mill and tower were replaced not too long ago by the Blacks and appears very close to the property line. Approximately 1 3/4 miles of the south side is not fenced. The pasture has been used for grazing for years however there may be some land that could possibly be hayed.

Terms: Price to be determined at Public Auction on February 26, 2002. Sale of land will be held at 1:30 P. M., at the Bingham Lutheran Church in Bingham, Nebraska. This land is to be sold for cash. All financial arrangements must be made prior to the Auction. A Deposit of $10,000.00 will be required on sale day upon being the successful bidder. The deposit will be applied to the purchase price with the balance due on closing, which will be on or before March 26, 2002.
