Legal Description Part of S1/2; NE1/4; NW1/4 all Section 19, Township 15N, Range 49 West of the 6th P.M., Cheyenne County, Nebraska   Tract One will be the East Half and Tract Two will be the West Half less the 15 acre home site that has been sold off.

Description:  This is an excellent farming unit in one of the top wheat producing areas in the panhandle. As you will see from the location, the access to markets is an everlasting benefit!
