General Description: SOLD $109,000.00  The SW 1/4 has approximately 125 acres under pivot irrigation. The pivot system is a  Zimmatic Low Pressure Sprinkler.  Sargent Irrigation pulled the 75 hp Electric pump and reworked the bowls in 1999. Currently half the circle is alfalfa and half is corn stalks. The corners comprise 29.7 acres and are in wheat stubble.

Farm Service Agency Information: The farm is signed up to participate in the current regular farm program. The FSA acreage is 320 acres farmland and 182.9 acres cropland.
