SALE TIME: 1:30 P.M. Sale to be held at the Fire Hall in Dix, Nebraska 480 ACRES KIMBALL COUNTY LAND CRP & FARM LAND A good Dry land Wheat Farm in southeastern Kimball County and a quarter of CRP to be offered in Two Tracts Tract One: A good half section of producing farmland in a wheat, millet and summer fallow rotation. There are 135 acres seeded to wheat for harvest in 2006. The Buyer will receive a 1/3 Landlord’s share of the planted wheat and will receive the Landlord’s 1/3 share of the FSA Direct Payment.
