Absentee Bid Terms:
Absentee Bids must be received no later than one business day (M-F) before the auction.
A Nonrefundable Fee of $10 will be charged to your credit card immediately upon receipt of your bid for each item you bid on. This fee pays for the privilege of having your bid represented live during the auction. Credit card numbers are required at the time you place your bid.
Upon being the successful bidder a Buyer’s Premium of 2% will be added to the purchase price, with a minimum fee of $10.00 and a maximum fee of $250.00.
State and Local Sales Tax will be charged.
Payment may be made via Personal Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Bank Wire, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Bidders paying by Personal Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check or Bank Wire must have the funds to us, Kraupie's Real Estate & Auctioneers, before the auction or no later than 1 business day after the auction. These funds must consist of the amount of your highest bid plus 2% for the Buyer's Premium, with a minimum fee of $10.00 and a maximum fee of $250.00. Should you be the successful bidder on an item which sells for less than your maximum bid any amount over your successful bid minus the 2% Buyer's Premium will be refunded to you. If we have received payment from you prior to the auction and you are not the successful bidder we will void your payment and return it to you.
Bidders who do not deliver the funds to Kraupie's Real Estate & Auctioneers one business day prior to the Auction must provide a letter of credit stating that the funds are available or their bid will not be represented on auction day. This letter of credit may be mailed, faxed or emailed and should include the bank's/financier's phone number should we have questions.
Bidders paying with Credit Cards will not receive the 3% Cash Day of Sale discount and so an additional 3% will be charged to these cards. Should complete funds not be received from ANY buyer sale day or 5 business days after the auction this buyer will also be required to pay an additional 3%.
If bidder’s offer is accepted by the seller because it is the highest bid, bidder’s offer shall be considered a contract. Further, the property is sold in an "AS IS" condition; bidder accepts the item bid upon in the condition it is in now; bidder does not rely upon any representations or warranties of Kraupie’s Real Estate & Auctioneers, the seller or anyone else. By submitting this form you certify that you have inspected the property or waived your right to do so and understand that all items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS."
Upon occurrence of any event of default, bidder will be held responsible for all fees, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, incurred by Kraupie’s Real Estate & Auctioneers, to remedy such default. The jurisdiction shall be in Morrill County, Nebraska.
Auctioneers will use their best effort to secure the item post-auction until delivery to Buyer, however, Auctioneers and Sellers are not responsible for accidents and/or lost or stolen items the day of the auction.
All bid increments will be rounded down to the nearest live auction bid increment.

By selecting one of the above options I am agreeing to deliver the funds to Kraupie's Real Estate & Auctioneers no later than five business days after the Auction. I also agree that these funds will include the bid price of the item as well as a 2% Buyer's Premium. I understand that if I do not deliver the funds to Kraupie's one business day prior to the Auction I must provide a letter of credit stating that I have the funds available or my bid will not be represented on auction day. I understand that if I am the successful bidder and do not deliver the funds, including Buyer's Premium, no later than 5 business days after the Auction I will be charged an additional 3% for non-immediate payment.
By selecting this option I am authorizing Kraupie's Real Estate & Auctioneers to charge my credit card (the number which I have called to Kraupie's office to activate my bid) for the full sale price of the item I successfully bid on plus an additional 2% Buyer's Premium and an additional 3% for non-immediate funds. I authorize this charge to be made immediately upon sale of the item.

Do you require shipping for any of these items? By answering yes you agree that appropriate shipping charges will be applied to your credit card along with a minimum handling fee of $10. For difficult to ship items we can work with you to get them to you but larger handling fees will apply.
